2010 Annual Meeting

The 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on May 14, 2010 at the Mystic Marriott in Groton, CT.

Shareholders reelected Heather Hunt, Arthur C. Reeds, and Eric W. Thornburg to the Board of Directors. In addition, shareholders ratified the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as independent auditors for 2010.
