The Top Workplaces program has a history of surveying more than 20 million employees to recognize top organizations
CLINTON, Conn. — March 22, 2024 — Connecticut Water earned the prestigious 2024 Top Workplaces USA award after employees provided feedback in an employee engagement survey administered by Energage.
Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate by Energage in the Top Workplaces USA survey, which has surveyed more than 20 million employees over more than a decade to recognize top organizations across the country.
"We're honored to receive the Top Workplaces USA award. Providing reliable, high-quality drinking water and world-class customer service requires a team dedicated to its profession and committed to its customers," Connecticut Water President Craig Patla said.
"Connecticut Water views employee satisfaction and engagement as a critical elements of our company, which we've embedded into the core values of how Connecticut Water carries out its mission."
The company had previously received recognition in 2022 as a Top Workplace by the Hartford Courant and Hearst Connecticut Media, as well as a national Top Workplace award for the company’s professional development programs.

Connecticut Water is headquartered in Clinton, Connecticut, and has more than 240 employees who serve more than 107,000 customers, or about 350,000 people, across the state of Connecticut.
