Customers give Connecticut Water satisfaction ratings over 90%
Clinton, CONN., Oct. 10 2024 — Customers rated their satisfaction with Connecticut Water at levels above 90 percent in a recent survey. Nearly 60 percent of Connecticut Water customers rank Connecticut Water as above average or the best utility they interact with.
“Satisfaction results like that don’t happen by accident. We’re a different kind of utility, one that provides a life-sustaining resource that our customers consume. It’s a testament to our passionate and skilled team making our goal of world-class customer service a reality for our customers,” Connecticut Water President Craig Patla said. “During Customer Service Week, we pause to celebrate the staff working behind the scenes to earn those customer satisfaction ratings.”
October 7-11 is Customer Service Week, an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. The Connecticut Water call center fielded 92,503 customer calls so far this year and field teams have completed 37,000 work orders in and around customer homes.
Connecticut Water has been conducting independent customer satisfaction surveys for nearly 30 years. The company uses the detailed survey report and recommendations to continue to enhance the customer experience.
