Connecticut Water offers a testing program if you have a cross connection at your residence. This would apply if you have a physical connection between two separate water systems and could cause a substance to enter your drinking water supply. This may occur if you have an irrigation system, if you are using a garden hose to fill a pool, or applying pesticides. In our service areas we can identify potential cross connections to ensure our customers are taking the proper steps to be sure non-potable water is not entering your drinking water supply.
